Speaker of the National Assembly of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan today had a meeting with acting Chairman of the Supreme Judicial Council Gagik Jhangiryan and other members of the Council.
As reported the National Assembly, the interlocutors touched upon the current judiciary-related issues, the lack of public confidence in courts, the possible joint legislative initiatives aimed at increasing effectiveness of the judiciary and the provision of social guarantees for judges.
