On May 1, President of Armenia Armen Sarkissian sent a congratulatory message to President of the National Academy of Sciences of Armenia, academician Radik Martirosyan on the occasion of his 85th birth anniversary. The message reads as follows:

“Dear Mr. Martirosyan, I cordially congratulate you on your 85th birth anniversary. You have contributed to the development of Armenian science and to the major task of organizing education and science in our country with your academic merit and longstanding activities as President of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia.
