Today we are putting an end to all rumors and are getting ready for snap parliamentary elections. This is what deputy of the opposition Bright Armenia Party Ani Samsonyan said in parliament today.

Samsonyan addressed representatives of the ruling majority and the government and read the text of the statement that leader of Bright Armenia Party and head of the homonymous parliamentary faction Edmon Marukyan issued a few days ago.

“The greatest evil that you caused to Armenia was splitting the society into ‘blacks’ and ‘whites’ and disseminating hatred that led to enmity with neighbors and friends and even the split of families,” the MP said, adding that this is the only major ‘achievement’ that the authorities have made over the past three years.

“If the authorities did everything right, why is the parliament being dissolved? Why is there a demand for this parliament to no longer serve the interests of Armenia?” Samsonyan asked.
