YEREVAN. – It has been instructed to find out the circumstances within the framework of the criminal proceedings and to give a criminal-legal assessment in connection with the encroachments being carried out in Syunik Province by the adversary. Arevik Khachatryan, head of the public relations department of the Prosecutor General's Office of Armenia, stated this in response to Armenian News-NEWS.am's inquiry.
