By a procedural decision, the Constitutional Court of Armenia today rejected examination of a case based on the application of the Prosecutor General of Armenia and found that the Prosecutor General is not competent to apply to the Constitutional Court with the request to determine constitutionality of a norm to be applied under a criminal case being investigated in the stage of court examination.
