Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Armenia Hayk Grigoryan today introduced the Committee’s personnel to Head of the First Department of the General Department for Oversight over Activities of Territorial Investigation Departments Azat Gevorgyan.

As reported the Investigative Committee, Grigoryan stated that the newly appointed head, who is also a second-class justice advisor, has been serving for twelve years and has held various positions in the Investigation Department of the Police of Armenia, the Prosecutor’s Offices of Shirak and Kotayk Provinces and City of Yerevan, as well as the Prosecutor General’s Office of Armenia. Grigoryan concluded by welcoming the new head of department to the Investigative Committee and wished him success.
