The missing Armenian soldier was not on the line of direct contact with the enemy forces, advisor to the Armenian Prosecutor-General Gor Abrahamyan wrote on his Facebook.

The whereabouts of the soldier is still unknown.

There is no evidence that during the service the serviceman was beaten or humiliated in the military unit. There is also no information that the soldier ended up on the Azerbaijani side. 

Measures are being taken to locate the whereabouts of the serviceman and clarify all the circumstances of the incident.
