I do not think this is the topical issue on which we should have any debates or discussions. Second President Robert Kocharyan, who heads the “Armenia” bloc ahead of the snap parliamentary elections on June 20, stated this at Tuesday’s press conference of the leaders of this bloc, and when asked what the relations between him and third President Serzh Sargsyan are, whether there any disagreements between them, and were the disagreements to such an extent that they could not unite in one bloc.

"Do you know two people between whom there is no disagreement at all? Maybe it is only among couples that such a thing happens. I do not think that in fact this is the topic that deserves discussion. We are going our own way, they—their own way," Kocharyan said.

He noted that everyone is in competition with everyone during elections. "But during these elections there are opponents with whom there are insurmountable disagreements over Armenia's future, security issues, and so on. That's why there are competitors in the competition field, with whom it is simply not possible to collaborate at all. We can have a more substantive conversation about it when all the blocs are registered and the format of the runners [in these elections] is clear to everyone," the second President added.
