Armenian acting Minister of Defense Vagharshak Harutyunyan received the commander of the troops carrying out the peacekeeping mission of Russia in Artsakh [Nagorno-Karabakh, Lieutenant General Rustam Muradov.

The sides discussed issues related to the implementation of the peacekeeping mission in Artsakh. 

Rustam Muradov presented the actions taken by the Russian military contingent to comply with the ceasefire. The sides also discussed in detail the situation on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border as a result of the Azerbaijani provocation and the actions taken by the Armenian side.

Vagharshak Harutyunyan and Rustam Muradov discussed possible options for resolving the situation.
