YEREVAN. – Representatives of the "Armenia" bloc—led by second President Robert Kocharyan—, Aram Vardevanyan and Robert Hayrapetyan, just recently submitted to the Central Electoral Commission the documents necessary for this bloc’s registration for the snap parliamentary elections on June 20.
Later, Vardevanyan told reporters that there are 153 MP candidates on their electoral list.
Also, he ruled out any kind of cooperation with the current ruling political force—led by acting PM Nikol Pashinyan.
Vardevanyan noted that the results of opinion polls show that the popularity rating of the incumbent authorities is falling, whereas that of the "Armenia" bloc is growing sharply.
And asked with which political forces their cooperation is possible if they win parliamentary seats, the "Armenia" bloc representative stated that this will be seen in progress and the developments will show.
