Ambassador of Armenia to Tunisia Arshak Poladyan yesterday presented his Letters of Credence to President of Tunisia Kaïs Saïed at the Presidential Palace of Carthage.

As reported the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, Kaïs Saïed congratulated the newly appointed Ambassador and wished him success. Expressing gratitude to the President, Poladyan transmitted the warm greetings and kind wishes of President Armen Sarkissian and emphasized that he won’t spare efforts to raise the level of cooperation to a qualitatively new level.

The previous day, Ambassador Poladyan had submitted the copies of his Letters of Credence to Minister for Foreign Affairs, Migration and Diaspora of Tunisia Osman Jerandi. The interlocutors touched upon the prospective directions for cooperation and attached importance to intensification of the political dialogue. They also touched upon the prospects for further deepening of the two countries’ cooperation within multilateral platforms, particularly the International Organization of La Francophonie.
