The Central Electoral Commission of Armenia continues to register, behind closed doors, the applications of political parties and alliances of political parties to consider for their participation in the upcoming snap parliamentary elections. Although the acceptance of applications ends at 6 p.m. in accordance with the legislation, the process of formulating the documents continues due to the unprecedented flow.
There are already 24 political parties and alliances that have submitted their documents, and this is an absolute record in the history of elections in Armenia. According to some reports, there will be nearly 30 political parties and alliances. The CEC hasn’t announced a possible briefing devoted to the results.
