At least 10 civilians were killed in a mortar attack in Afghanistan, another 8 were injured, Tolo News reported.
The incident occurred when a mortar fell on a house where a wedding ceremony was taking place in the Tagab district of Kapisa province.
However, the Taliban rejected the claim and blamed the incident on the security forces.
