Representatives of Russia, Azerbaijan and Armenia today held trilateral consultations in Moscow where they discussed de-escalation in certain sections of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border, TASS reports, citing a few sources.
The sources also reported that the representatives reached an agreement to continue working contacts.
