By the decree of President of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Arayik Harutyunyan, I have been appointed State Minister and dismissed from the position of Chief of Staff of the President. This is what former Human Rights Defender of Artsakh and current State Minister Artak Beglaryan wrote on his Facebook page, adding the following:

“As State Minister, I will be coordinating the activities of four ministers, including the Minister of Labor Social and Migration Affairs; the Minister of Health; the Minister of Justice and the Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport. In addition, the Nature Protection Committee is in the sphere of management of the State Minister.

I am grateful to the President of Artsakh for his trust which will allow me to use my potential for the homeland and the people more effectively.”
