Azerbaijan, Turkey, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and in part Turkmenistan and Pakistan continue to increase joint integration processes within the framework of the pan-Turanism plan. The secretary of the opposition Prosperous Armenia faction in the outgoing parliament, Arman Abovyan, wrote this on Facebook.

"We are talking not only about the military component, but also about deep economic integration.

For example, the Turkish-Azerbaijani concept of ‘two states-one nation’ inevitably turns into the concept of ‘one state-two Turkish national units.’

The pro-government circles in Armenia, and the representatives of the government, are making a huge effort trying to deny or reduce the existence and implementation of the pan-Turanism plan. But the regional developments clearly show that Turkey is consistently implementing this plan, but the restoration of the great Turkish empire is impossible until there is no land unification with Azerbaijan.

The only way for the Turks [to achieve this] is the annexation of the south (Syunik [Province]) of Armenia, and that is the ultimate Turkish-Azerbaijani goal.

It is due to this very circumstance that Azerbaijani President Aliyev is simply shocked when it comes to the ‘Zangezur corridor,’ as from the moment Armenia agrees to provide even a transportation route to Turks and Azerbaijanis, the process of Armenia's dissection begins from that moment," Abovyan added in particular.
