President of Russia Vladimir Putin has assigned the government to ensure an opportunity for foreigners to receive paid vaccinations against the coronavirus by June 30, RBC reported.
The government also needs to organize COVID-19 vaccinations for labor migrants before July 15.
In early June, Putin assigned to solve the issue on vaccinations for foreigners, including labor migrants. According to Deputy Prime Minister Tatiana Golikova, the authorities will first consider the opportunity to vaccinate labor migrants and foreigners who are already in Russia. Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnulin said the Russian government is also considering the simplified entry of labor migrants into the country through mandatory vaccination.
