Acting Deputy Minister of Defense of Armenia Arman Sargsyan was in parliament today. ArmLur.am tried to ask the acting deputy minister a few questions related to border protection and whether Russian border guards will be deployed on the borders of Gegharkunik and Syunik Provinces.
