The appeal against the decision on remanding Director of Izmirlian Medical Center, Professor Armen Charchyan has been inscribed to Judge Lusine Abgaryan. This is what Charchyan’s attorney Erik Aleksanyan posted on his Facebook page, adding the following:
“The Court of Appeal set the date for court hearing over the defense’s appeal against the decision to remand Armen Charchyan for July 2 at 5 pm, and the judge is Lusine Abgaryan.”
