Turkey and Russia have exchanged five Syrian soldiers and five militants, TASS reports.
The exchange took place near Al Bab city.
Representatives of the Syrian Arab Red Crescent, the International Committee of the Red Cross, and the UN special envoy to Damascus acted as observers during this exchange.
