Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister has been appointed the new ambassador of the Islamic Republic to London, Tasnim reported.
He will replace Hamid Baeidinejad, who has been in office since September 2016. The Iranian attorney at the British Embassy, said the new ambassador will arrive in London on Sunday.
Bakharvand will take up his diplomatic duties on Tuesday after presenting his credentials to Queen Elizabeth II of UK.
