Resident of Yevlakh (born in 1987) Khalilov Elshan Eyvaz ogli was injured in the explosion of a cluster munition in Varanda, which is under the control of Azerbaijan, the Prosecutor General’s Office reported.
The Prosecutor General’s Office also reported that the incident took place near Karakhambeyli settlement and that investigation is underway.
