By the decision of acting Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan, Arshak Karapetyan has been appointed First Deputy Minister of Defense.
Earlier today, Karapetyan was relieved of the post of First Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Armenia.
