The active stage of the military exercises of the Russian Federation, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan has kicked off in Harb-Maydon shooting range located 20 km away from Afghanistan, with the participation of 2,500 soldiers, of which 1,800 are from Russia.
Nearly 500 pieces of armament and military equipment are being used.
