Human Rights Defender (Ombudsman) Arman Tatoyan on Monday met with Thierry Ribo, the head of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) delegation in Armenia. Tatoyan wrote about this on Facebook.
He added that the return of the captives and the missing of the Armenian side were discussed during the meeting.
Also, separate reference was made to the protection of the rights of border residents.
