The opposition “Armenia” and “With Honor” factions of the National Assembly of Armenia today submitted an application to the Constitutional Court to challenge the constitutionality of decision that the National Assembly made on August 2 to elect Alen Simonyan Speaker of the National Assembly, the press release issued by the opposition “Armenia” bloc reads.
The “Armenia” faction will be represented by MP Aram Vardevanyan in the Constitutional Court.
