In 2020, "only" $35 million in bonuses were distributed. Gevorg Papoyan, an MP from the ruling “Civil Contract” Faction, said this at Wednesday’s session of the National Assembly of Armenia.
He informed that this amount was distributed to 20,000 specialists and officials; that is, each of them received an average of 70,000 drams (approx. $143).
The lawmaker called the respective numbers voiced by the opposition "exaggerated."
