According to Article 100 of the Constitution of Armenia and Article 44 of the Constitutional Law “Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly”, at the government’s initiative and by the decision of the Speaker of the National Assembly, on August 17 at 11 a.m. the Armenian parliament will convene a special session, with an agenda established by the initiator.
