YEREVAN. – The Prosecutor's Office demands the re-arrest of Armen Charchyan, former director of Izmirlian Medical Center of Yerevan and MP of the opposition "Armenia" Faction in parliament, Armenian News-NEWS.am has learned from the Prosecutor's Office.
On August 10, the appeal filed by the Prosecutor's Office was assigned by the president of the court to the Criminal Court of Appeal.
Earlier, the Yerevan court of general jurisdiction had ruled that Charchyan be released on bail.
