Today at 2:14 p.m. the Regional Crisis Management Center of Ararat Province of Armenia received an alarm according to which vegetation cover was burning near Yeraskh village (in the Yeraskh section of the border), the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Armenia reported.
A firefighting-rescue squad left for the scene.
The fire was contained at 4:45 p.m. and put out at 4:54 p.m. Nearly 5 hectares of vegetation cover have been burnt.
