The Russian peacekeepers, together with the Republic of Armenia border guards, have just now taken out—with a motorcade—all the cars that had ended up in a blockade, Armenian former MP Naira Zohrabyan informed on Facebook.
Earlier, Zohrabyan had reported that the Azerbaijanis had closed off the 16-18km Katari-Karmrakar section of the Kapan-Goris interstate road of Armenia for more than two hours, about 40 cars were left stranded there, and 25 of them were passenger cars with children in them.
