STEPANAKERT. – The criminal case initiated by the Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) National Security Service on Friday—and in connection with the Azerbaijani soldier who was found in Martakert city—has been transferred to the Artsakh Investigative Committee on the basis of the completion of the respective investigation, the Artsakh Prosecutor's Office informs.
A preliminary investigation is underway.
Azerbaijani soldier Jamil Babayev was found Wednesday in an apartment in Martakert, Artsakh.
