STEPANAKERT. – President Arayik Harutyunyan on Wednesday signed a decree dismissing Mane Tandilyan from the post of Minister of Labor, Social and Migration Affairs of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh).
The Artsakh President's press office informed Armenian News-NEWS.am that by another presidential decree, Armine Petrosyan has been appointed Minister of Labor, Social and Migration Affairs.
