Minister of Defense of Azerbaijan Zakir Hasanov met with Lieutenant General Rustam Muradov, who is ending his mission as Commander of the Russian peacekeeping contingent in Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh), the local mass media report, citing the Ministry of Defense.
Muradov introduced Major General Mikhail Kosobokov, who is the new Commander of the Russian peacekeeping contingent in Artsakh.
The situation in the region where Russian peacekeepers are deployed was discussed during the meeting.
