A tragic incident took place Saturday in Vayots Dzor Province of Armenia, shamshyan.com reported.

At around 9:30am, the 911 emergency hotline received a call from the Yeghegnadzor city police that there was a dead body hanging from a tree in the forest of Gladzor community of Shatin village, and rescuers' help was needed to get this body down and transfer it.

The rescuers and police officers who arrived at the scene brought down the body of this man hanging from a tree, and carried it a morgue vehicle that had arrived there.

The police have found out the identity of this man. He was Balabek Kh., 55, a resident of a Vayots Dzor village.

A number of forensic examinations have been ordered.
