YEREVAN. – Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan received Czech Foreign Minister Jakub Kulhanek, who is paying a visit to Armenia, the Armenian government informed.

First, highlighting the role of the international community in the need to have all Armenian prisoners of war returned their homeland from Azerbaijan, the Armenian deputy PM stressed that this is one of the key circumstances for the establishment of long-term peace and stability in the region.

Grigoryan and Kulhanek exchanged views also on the main goals set by the program approved by the Armenian government, the reforms outlined in the Armenia-European Union (EU) Comprehensive and Enhanced Partnership Agreement, as well as the interconnectedness and complementing of the benchmarks that are set under the recently agreed EU Economic and Investment Plan.

The Armenian deputy premier and the Czech FM conferred also on the prospects for the development of trade and economic relations, and stressed the need to tap the considerable potential in this sphere.

Regional developments were also touched upon during their talk.
