Armenia ex-president Robert Kochryan said. he never 'disrespected' Azerbaijani ex-president Heydar Aliyev.

"As the winning side, I have never allowed myself to be disrespectful to the losing side," he told a press conference on Monday.

"Now the picture is completely different. In this format, effective negotiations are simply impossible. This is a one-sided game. You remove the second gate, take the whistle and play yourself. I have never insulted Heydar Aliyev. And Aliyev himself did not allow himself such a thing."
