Armen Khachatryan, one of the deputies of the “Civil Contract” faction, visits Goris and campaigns for a candidate of the Civil Contract Party on a regular basis. This is what deputy of the opposition “Armenia” faction of the National Assembly of Armenia Vahe Hakobyan told reporters today.

“Khachatryan is doing what Arush Arushanyan and Menua Hovsepyan are arrested for and what Irina Yolyan is being persecuted for, meaning supporting and making pledges. Now Khachatryan is providing support to Goris and the nearby villages in the amount of AMD 1,000,000,000. What is this? Why isn’t Khachatryan arrested? Is it allowed for the members of the ruling party? The Prosecutor General needs to answer these questions,” Hakobyan said.
