My visit that has already become regular to various sections—via Vorotan, Shurnukh [villages], and the second road of Tatev [village]—of the Goris-Kapan interstate road. Tigran Abrahamyan, an MP from the opposition "With Honor" Faction in the National Assembly of Armenia and the founder of Henaket Analytical Center, wrote about this on Facebook.

"Conversations with border guards serving at various sections, observations on the road’s Karahunj-Vorotan section, which has ended up under the control of Azerbaijan and turned into a construction site.

The Azerbaijanis are carrying out a huge infrastructural work toward the construction, installation of both military and civilian buildings [there].

The Tatev [bypass] road will not resolve all our problems in the current situation, but its existence, capital repair will naturally resolve several problems.

A lot of work was done, compared to the previous month, at various sections of the road, which will need reconstruction and new upgrading in the future," the opposition MP added, in particular.
