Chairman of the State Commission for the Protection of Competition of Armenia Gegham Gevorgyan and President of the Competition Commission of Greece Ioannis Lianos have signed a Memorandum of Cooperation (MOC).

As reported the State Commission for the Protection of Competition, Gegham Gevorgyan expressed gratitude to his Greek counterpart for the initiative and stated that the signing of the MOC will raise the level of cooperation to a high level, adding that this will give a new impetus to further development of relations.

Through this MOC, the competition protection authorities of both countries will cooperate for implementation of the competition policies and legislation, exchange of experience and information in competition advocacy, conduct of studies and implementation of programs, as well as organizing of educational visits and training courses for experts, participation in conferences, seminars and other events.
