During his visit to Ukraine, Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu touched upon the relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
According to APA, Cavusoglu declared that the Armenian-Azerbaijani relations will be normalized with new ideas and through active diplomacy.
