Indian Minister of External Affairs Subrahmanyam Jaishankar will visit Armenia on October 12 and 13, the Indian Ministry of External Affairs reported, according to Armenpress.

This will be the first visit to the Republic of Armenia by an Indian foreign minister.

The progress of Armenian-Indian bilateral relations, as well as regional developments will be discussed during this visit.

In Armenia, Jaishankar will have meetings with Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, National Assembly speaker Alen Simonyan, and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ararat Mirzoyan.
