President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev paid a visit to the city of Hadrut of Artsakh that has been occupied since the 44-day war.
According to Azerbaijani presses, Aliyev attended the groundbreaking ceremony for the foundation of a mosque in Hadrut.
During the ceremony, he declared that “a new era is beginning for Karabakh”.
