Based on the data provided by the territorial electoral commissions in Askeran, Martakert and Martuni of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh), 440 voters or 59.2% of voters participated in the elections, the Central Electoral Commission of Artsakh reports.

“At 8 p.m. the voting ended, and all 4 polling stations were closed. After the voting, 440 voters or 59.2% of voters participated in the elections, based on the data provided by the territorial electoral commissions of Askeran, Martakert and Martuni,” the press release reads.
