After its failure in Afghanistan, the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) must now talk with the radical Taliban that has seized power in the country only on the basis of diplomatic principles, said representative of the radicals in an interview with the local TV channel Ariana News.

According to him, the fight against international terrorism remains the most pressing issue for the Taliban and NATO at the moment. 

Speaking about the situation around the rights of Afghan women, he once again assured that such issues as the participation of the female population in public life, as well as providing girls with the opportunity to receive education, will be considered by a special commission of Islamic ulama.
