Undeclared gold jewels were found during a search of the luggage of two citizens of Armenia at Tbilisi International Airport, the Revenue Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia reports.

The smuggled goods weighed 322.5 grams, and the cost was nearly 37,000 Laris (nearly $12,000), Georgia News reports.

According to the Customs Code of Georgia, one of the citizens of Armenia was fined 14,304 Georgian Laris ($4,400), and the case of the second citizen has been transferred to the Investigation Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia.
