YEREVAN. – Deputy Prosecutor General Gevorg Baghdasaryan received representatives of the assistance team of the EU-funded Support to Judicial Reform in Armenia program, the Prosecutor General's Office informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.

Baghdasaryan stressed the importance of such EU-funded programs aimed at reforming justice systems.

Representatives of the aforesaid program, in turn, presented the directions of the anticorruption assistance program to be implemented in Armenia, and expressed readiness to assist in reforms in the litigation management, monitoring, and oversight of corruption cases in the country.

As a result of the discussion, the parties agreed to clarify the specific program approaches in a short period of time in order to implement them.
