In 2022, it is planned to implement one program, with two measures, within the framework of the staff of the Constitutional Court of Armenia. Minister of finance Tigran Khachatryan stated about this at the parliamentary standing committees’ joint debates Wednesday on the country’s draft state budget for 2022.

He added that it is panned to allocate 704.6 million drams for those purposes. Compared to 2021, the increase in state funding will be 3 percent.

Moreover, 14 billion 460 million drams will be allocated to the Supreme Judicial Council for the implementation of one program, with 22 measures. The increase here will make 18.87 percent.

"In 2022, the Ministry of Justice shall carry out nine programs, with 27 measures. The funding will make 23 billion 288 million drams," the minister said. According to him, the increase will make 12.7 percent.

The Prosecutor General's Office will carry out three programs, with four measures—and with a total amount of 6.681 billion drams. The increase here will make 8.7 percent.

The State Control Service shall carry out one program, with two measures. A total of 758.4 million drams will be allocated from the state budget for those purposes, and the respective increase will make 0.4 percent.

Next year, the Investigative Committee will carry out one program, with five measures—and with a total amount of 8.340 billion drams.

A total of 350.6 million drams will be provided to the Corruption Prevention Commission for the implementation of one program, with two measures. The increase here will be 50 percent.

The Anti-Corruption Commission shall implement one program, with 3 measures, and 823.7 million drams will be allocated to it for that purpose.

The Audit Chamber will receive 1 billion 49.7 million drams for the implementation of one program, with two measures.

And the Central Electoral Commission will get 1 billion 268.4 million drams for the implementation of one program, with three measures in 2022. Its funding has been reduced by 32 percent compared to the election year 2021.
