US Congressman Frank Pallone, who co-chairs the Congressional Armenian Caucus, held an online meeting with Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Minister of State Artak Beglaryan.
“Met with Artsakh State Minister Artak Beglaryan and we discussed the urgent need for humanitarian aid to Artsakh. The U.S. must also push the [OSCE] Minsk [Group] process forward to achieve a settlement that keeps Artsakh Armenian,” Pallone wrote on Twitter.
