STEPANAKERT. – The Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Prosecutor's Office received a report Monday that the representatives of the Azerbaijani special services had threatened—via social media—to kill and take revenge on an Artsakh citizen who is active on social media, during which presenting information that testifies to the prior collection of personal data about this Artsakh citizen, Armenian News-NEWS.am has learned from the Artsakh Prosecutor's Office informed.

Also, the office noted that the aforesaid report was sent to the Artsakh National Security Service for consideration in accordance with the procedures established by the criminal procedure law.

The Prosecutor's Office added that it had previously been reported also that the Azerbaijani special services, or their representatives, regularly attempted to involve Artsakh social media users in various processes in order to obtain information from them and to gauge public sentiments and opinions on matters.
